The CONVEY CONGRATULATIONS ... slogan was used in Brisbane from 19 February 1935 to 28 June 1940.

The 16 dies for this slogan identified as having been used at Brisbane:

  1. have circular date stamps with no box number and QLD. at the base; or
  2. have box date stamps from five different types of posting box and with one of the recorded numbers 2, 4, 5, 7 or 8; or
  3. have a PAID inscription in the box.
